Minolta has developed very convincing film scanners for small and medium picture format, which are in top form using SilverFast.
Minolta DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400 II

The DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400 II was released in 2005 just two after its predecessor. It also features the superior optical resolution of 5400 dpi and convinces with very good image quality. The biggest drawback of the former model was the great amount of time a scan consumes. This disadvantage is gone, the Scan Elite 5400 is one of the fastet among all film scanners.

Filmholders for scanning framed slides and fimstrips are included in delivery as well as a large software package. The Scan Elite 5400 II works best with the lastest SilverFast version.
