TeamViewer is a desktop sharing software e.g. for remote maintenance. It is completely free for home users.

TeamViewer offers a good opportunity to provide individual support for issues with SilverFast. Our support staff can directly observe and analyze the problem on the customer‘s desktop. Also possible are immediate help and explanations on the operation and handling of SilverFast.

Our SilverFast supporter has access to the customer’s computer for this process and can thus control it, while the customer is watching.

Book a TeamViewer training session to learn how to efficiently use SilverFast 8 or SilverFast 9. This 1:1 online training with our SilverFast experts will enable you to receive perfect scans right from the start.
