The Plustek OpticBook 3800L shines with a very good price-performance ratio for digitizing photo albums, books, journals and other bound media. Thanks to the special book edge design, you can scan up to 6mm close to the book binding without damaging your books.
The lid of the scanner is height-adjustable and also completely removable for perfectly scanning particularly large originals such as thick books. Also included in this package is the image archiving software SilverFast Archive Suite SE, which provides all features for high-quality scanning and BASIC image optimization.
