My Epson Scanner is not found by SilverFast.

My EPSON scanner is not found by SilverFast.

On some systems EPSON scanners do not function well trough FireWire.

Make sure you connect the scanner directly to a USB port. Do not use a hub or USB extension.

Make sure the latest EPSON scan utility driver is installed. This is required on all operating systems. Simpler pre-installed drivers like the ICA driver are not sufficient.
