Bitte führen Sie einen Doppelklick auf die DMG Datei aus, um diese zu mounten. Führen Sie anschließend das darin enthaltene "SilverFast Support-Tool" aus.

Bitte extrahieren Sie die Daten aus dem ZIP-Archiv. Führen Sie anschließend das darin enthaltene "SilverFast Support-Tool" aus.

Offset in manual focus preview
SymptomSymptom:
The manual focus preview seems to move or shows an offset.
This increases the further the focus point is set towards the scan-plane edge.
ProblemProblem:
The focus is placed outside the central optical axis of the scanner.
This can cause a variation in the focus preview depending on the focus value.
The effect occurs due to optical effects inside the scanner's lens system.

The final scan is unaffected by this. 
LösungLösung:
Try placing the focus point close to the central scan optical axis.
The effect does not occur inside the central scan area.

Of cause you can still use manual focus outside this area without any ill effects for the final scan.
The offset only effects the preview in the manual focus tool.
