The DiMAGE Scan Elite 5400 II was released in 2005 just two years after its predecessor. It also features the superior optical resolution of 5400 dpi and convinces with very good image quality. The biggest drawback of the former model was the great amount of time a scan consumes. This disadvantage is gone, the Scan Elite 5400 is one of the fastet among all film scanners.
