There's a problem with the quality of my scans.

The problem isn't covered by the entries above.
It is most essential that you exactly describe why you're unsatisfied with the scan results. So please don't simply say "unacceptable", but "unacceptable, because I expected them to look like ..., but instead they look like ..., although I tried to ... and ...".
Be concise, but the better you're description, the better we can assist you.
