When trying to install SilverFast, I get an error message.

When trying to install SilverFast, I get an error message.

SolutionSolution:
The following procedure in general gets you to run SilverFast successfully:
  • power off scanner
  • reboot computer
  • download latest version and install
    If error message comes up still, ignore and continue installation
  • reboot computer
  • turn on scanner
  • when scanner is initialised, start SilverFast
