	I am interested in the software, but need some information before I decide to purchase.
	what hardware is necessary to run SilverFast which operating systems are supported if we do support your scanner or digicam or if you have another purchase related question

	I am registered but can not remember which e-mail I used.

	I am registered but can not find my serial.
	Please send me an e-mail with my serial information.

	I did already purchase, but have trouble getting the software or have no serial number.

	I have trouble activating/serialising my SilverFast software.
